Through my 15 years of experience co-building an industrial hardware firm that exported to over 50 countries, I learnt that sustainable growth requires strong internal architecture. I wore many hats on this journey - managing everything from company culture, communications to marketing & international trade and so on. During this time, I also noticed that many brilliant Indian MSMEs fail to reach their true potential, held back by archaic systems and legacy thinking.
I created Redoo to bridge this gap and eliminate these bottlenecks. We want to help organisations punch above their weight by "undoing" outdated, friction-heavy processes and "redoing" them with rational frameworks. Our ultimate mission is to drive long-lasting, positive change, creating high-performing organisations that are also desirable places to work.
